White Castle Breakfast Bake

10 White Castle burgers
8 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed (or use shredded cheddar cheese)
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
3/4 cup evaporated milk
10 White Castle burgers
8 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed (or use shredded cheddar cheese)
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
3/4 cup evaporated milk

Butter 13×9 glass dish. Cut White Castles into four pieces. Combine White Castles with all other ingredients. Bake uncovered at 350º for 45 minutes. 6-8 servings.
