Firehouse Beans & Castles

2000 FINALIST

10 White Castle hamburgers
1 1/2 lbs. hot Italian sausage
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 (28-oz.) cans of baked beans
2 (15-oz.) cans of hot chili beans
5 tbsp. horseradish
3 tbsp. paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 jar of jalapeño peppers with juice
1/2 lb. brown sugar
10 oz. ketchup
Hot sauce
Sour cream
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

Preheat oven to 325°. Brown sausage and beef with onions, green pepper and garlic. In a large baking pan, mix meat mixture with all other ingredients except sour cream, cheese and burgers. Bake 1 hour at 325°. Place 2 burgers on each plate and cover with mixture. Top with sour cream and cheese.
