Reheating Tips and Suggestions

Many times we receive suggestions on how to improve the taste of our sandwiches. Our customers have spoken and here are their best tips!

  • For softer buns, simply take the sandwiches out of the freezer and store them in refrigeration. This shortens the reheating time in half but should not exceed 9 days (not that you would wait that long to eat them!).
  • Consumers who prefer ketchup or mustard on their sliders have found it difficult to separate the sandwich after the cheese has melted. Squirting a dollop of ketchup or mustard on a plate and dipping your slider is just as satisfying.
  • If you prefer your slider with a slice of dill pickle, do not add it before microwaving. Unfortunately, the pickles can become rubbery and could burn your mouth after reheating.
  • If reheating your slider in the twin pack, be sure to open one end to allow it to vent while microwaving. The preferred method for quick reheating!
  • Which are the best condiments to slather on those tasty White Castle Sliders, you ask?
    BBQ sauce
    – Hot sauce
    – Dusseldorf mustard
    – Tomatoes
    – Sauerkraut
    – Fried eggs
