WHITE CASTLE CELEBRATES 90-YEAR PARTNERSHIP WITH COCA-COLA

90th birthday Coke glass available for a limited time

COLUMBUS, Ohio – White Castle celebrates its 90th birthday with a commemorative Coke glass available for purchase to recognize the 90-year partnership between America’s first fast-food hamburger chain and Coca-Cola. The 90th birthday Coke glass is available at all White Castle restaurants for 90 cents with the purchase of each soft drink, or separately for $1.90.

“We are a company that places a high value on loyalty and celebrates longevity,” said Jamie Richardson, vice president of corporate relations. “White Castle and Coke have remained partners since we first opened our doors in 1921. That’s why we are proud to include Coca-Cola in our year-long 90th birthday celebration by offering a collectible glass to our customers.”

The glass includes the official White Castle 90th birthday commemorative logo and the Coca-Cola logo on the backside of the glass.

From our 1921 beginning, White Castle has been family owned and operated, allowing us to:
• Maintain the trailblazing attitude that made us the first fast-food hamburger chain.
• Inspire the undying loyalty of the Cravers across the nation and the world by safeguarding the quality and safety of America’s most distinctive hamburger through rigorous standardization and quality controls.
• Provide industry-leading job security, benefits and advancement opportunities to over 10,000 team members who make up our extended family.
• Give back to the communities in which we operate. Each year, White Castle, our team members and customers contribute more than a million dollars for dozens of causes, including Autism Speaks, the American Red Cross, Meals on Wheels and others.
