White Castle opens the doors to the public at its newest restaurant this Sunday in Maple Grove, MN. America’s first fast-food hamburger chain begins serving hot, fresh, steam-grilled-on-a-bed-of-onions Original Sliders® at 9 a.m. August 26. The City of Lakes is now home to 20 White Castle restaurants.

The newest White Castle will serve the chain’s famous fare 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Breakfast is served starting at midnight and until 10:30 a.m.

The restaurant is employing approximately 40 local workers. Family-owned White Castle is famous for putting its people first and offers fulltime team members many benefits, including paid vacations; health, dental and life insurance; pension and profit sharing; weekly paychecks; as well as on-the-job perks such as White Castle’s ‘promote from within policy’ and free meals while working.

This White Castle is 2,584 square feet, seats a maximum of 50 customers and was completed in approximately four months. The builder and general contractor was Tech Builders, Inc., from Fairmont, MN, which specializes in restaurants and hotels.
